The News Reporter was an NPC in YouReeka / Zorillo Plaza. The Sentinel Guard in Avant Gardens sent players to bring news of the Maelstrom's attack on the gardens to the News Reporter. The News Reporter then sent players to talk to Skunkbuster Bill so they could aid them in the skunk invasion.
